Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Boldking products, you can return them within 30 days. All products must be in undamaged, saleable condition: unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

If the wrong product has been sent to you, we will refund the amount you paid for your purchase with us, and any costs incurred on your behalf for the return once we have received the goods from you within 30 days after purchase.

Please contact our customer service before returning any products. They’ll be happy to assist you.

Return Criteria

• Due to hygiene reasons, products may only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
• We cannot accept used razor blades or opened containers (tubes, jars, bottles).
• Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for a different size or product.
• Damaged deliveries can be returned free of charge. Please contact customer service.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Refund

The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible once we have assessed the returned products. This will occur within a maximum of 30 days. Shipping costs for the return are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot process returns that arrive after the 30-day period.
