Terms & Conditions
All the information provided concerns the terms and conditions of a purchase agreement between the Buyer and Bold Online BV ("BOLD Online").
The agreement is subject solely to these general terms and conditions, and any divergent or supplementary provisions may be invoked by the Buyer only if and to the extent that they have been expressly accepted by BOLD Online.
The Buyer, once having contracted under these conditions, accepts the applicability of these conditions to subsequent agreements between him and BOLD Online.
Formation of Agreement: A purchase agreement between BOLD Online and the Buyer is established when the Buyer accepts an offer from BOLD Online by fully and correctly completing the form made available by BOLD Online.
Price: BOLD Online reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered in service form during the term of the service. BOLD Online will inform the Buyer at least 14 days in advance, allowing the Buyer to cancel the service within 10 days without any obligation for undelivered products.
Action codes and gift cards are valid for the duration specified by BOLD Online upon issuance. Actions and offers are valid while supplies last.
Boldking friends - discount codes may not be used for commercial purposes and/or for purposes other than those for which they were issued. Commercial purposes: It is in no case allowed to use the Boldking brand name and all possible misspell combinations within URL combinations to attract traffic used to distribute the friends - discount code. Purpose of issuance: The friends - discount code is intended to acquire new paying customers (via personal social media channels, email, word of mouth). Offering the friends - discount code outside personal channels (commercial channels) is in no case allowed. Buyer can receive a maximum of EUR 4 discount when using his friend credit.
Any (attempt at) fraud or other unauthorized action will be recorded and will result in the denial of the use of the friends - discount codes. Boldking reserves the right to offset the obtained discount and the accrued credit retroactively.
Payment: The Buyer may only use the payment methods offered by BOLD Online for payment.
When using a payment link sent by BOLD Online for direct debit, the Buyer gives BOLD Online permission to also collect future payments from the specified account.
Payment is made no later than 14 days after the conclusion of a purchase agreement. Periodic payment takes place prior to each service period. In case of late payment, e.g., due to reversal of debited amounts or insufficient funds in the account, a fee of EUR 2.50 will be charged.
If payment is not made within the specified period after the first reminder, BOLD Online is entitled to unilaterally terminate the service immediately, without prejudice to the right to claim damages and the right to collect overdue payments and associated collection costs from the Buyer.
The products remain the property of BOLD Online until the Buyer has paid for the products. Payment reminders are sent electronically only by BOLD Online.
Boldking offers the Buyer the option of payment upon receipt when purchasing the starter set. To use this option, the Buyer must send a request to pay later at achterafbetalen@boldking.com. The Buyer must then pay 50% upon purchase and 50% upon delivery. Boldking charges an additional €1.50 for splitting the payment. * Only valid for the purchase of a starter set.
Delivery, delivery time, and execution: BoldkingRepeat delivery is at the expense of BOLD Online at the address specified by the Buyer when ordering. The Buyer (i.e., the person to whom the shipment is sent) will be the declarant and importer in the country for which the shipment is intended. Orders will be delivered within three to five working days after ordering, with delivery only possible on days when PostNL delivers in the respective area. BOLD Online does not offer the option of pick-up.
The Buyer is responsible for keeping contact details including delivery address up to date. If an order does not arrive due to incorrect contact details, BOLD Online will resend the order within three to five days after its return and receipt of the correct address, charging the shipping costs.
To receive products from Boldking, the Buyer's mailbox must have the following dimensions: at least 26.5 cm long and 3.2 cm high.
Data Protection: Personal data provided by the Buyer to BOLD Online are used solely to fulfill the order, in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Guarantee and Liability: BOLD Online only guarantees that the products delivered by it are suitable for the purpose for which they are intended based on the information provided by BOLD Online and guarantees that the products comply with any legal obligations and other government regulations applicable to that purpose. Bold Online guarantees that the products and services provided by it are produced or delivered with respect for human and the environment, without the use of child labor.
Changes: BOLD Online reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time. It is advisable to consult these general terms and conditions regularly.
Termination: If the Buyer
fails to fulfill his obligations under this agreement, BOLD Online has the option to: a. give the Buyer the opportunity to fulfill his obligations within a period set by BOLD Online; b. to terminate the agreement in whole or in part without prior warning; BOLD Online reserves the right at all times to, in addition to termination of the agreement, claim full compensation for all damage and costs from the Buyer.
Disputes and Applicable Law: Dutch law applies to all commitments between BOLD Online and the Buyer. The District Court of Amsterdam has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between BOLD Online and the Buyer arising from or otherwise related to the agreement.

Returns Process - summary
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Boldking products, we offer you a 30-day return service, free of charge. However, all items must be returned to us in mint saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Please contact our customer service before you return your products. They will be glad to further assist you.
We will reimburse the amount you paid for your purchase with us as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days after an assessment of the goods returned. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not accepted.

When and if returning your products, please consider the following terms and conditions:
- We offer a 30-day return service. When we receive your package in good order, we will refund you within 30 days.
- Shaving products and Cosmetic products (blades, shave gel, after shave cream, lotion, moisturizer, etcetera) may only be returned unopened and in their original packaging for hygienic reasons.
- Unfortunately, we will not take back any used razor blades, opened containers, jars, tubes, or bottles.
We will only be able to accept returns on clothing (boxer shorts) when they have not been worn, soiled, or washed. Underwear can only be returned in the original packaging, as it is a hygiene product. Please don’t fit boxer shorts directly on your skin. The best way to check the size of your boxer short is by placing your new boxer on an old boxer that fits well. We are able to process your returns and exchanges only when the order is returned to us in mint saleable condition, in original packaging and in a sturdy return box, faulty products excluded.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear and tear or other damage inflicted by the customer. Exchanges to different size will be shipped by Boldking free of cost. Damaged deliveries can be returned free of charge. Please contact customer service.
We offer a 100 days warranty on clothing (boxer shorts). The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return. Returns received outside the above time frame are not accepted. In the event that the wrong product has been sent to you, we will refund the amount you paid for your purchase with us, and any costs incurred on your behalf for the return of the wrong item shall also be refunded by us once we have received the goods from you within 30 days after purchase.
