Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern every purchase agreement between you (the “Buyer”) and BOLD Online BV (“BOLD Online”).
- Any terms or conditions that deviate from or supplement these shall only be valid if expressly accepted by BOLD Online.
- By entering into an agreement under these terms, the Buyer agrees that these conditions will also apply to future agreements with BOLD Online.
Formation of the Agreement
- A purchase agreement is formed once the Buyer accepts an offer from BOLD Online by fully and correctly completing the form made available by BOLD Online.
- BOLD Online reserves the right to refuse an order if any information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
Price and Price Changes
- BOLD Online reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered in the form of a service during the term of such service.
- Should prices change, BOLD Online will inform the Buyer at least 14 days in advance. The Buyer then has the right to cancel the service within 10 days, without any obligation regarding undelivered products.
- Action codes and gift cards are valid for the duration specified by BOLD Online at the time of issuance. Promotions and offers remain valid while supplies last.
Boldking Friends – Discount Codes:
- May not be used for commercial purposes or for any purpose other than that for which they were issued.
- It is strictly forbidden to use the Boldking brand name (including any misspellings) in URL combinations or other means to generate traffic for distributing these discount codes.
- The purpose of these codes is solely to acquire new paying customers (via personal social media channels, email, word of mouth), not via commercial channels.
- Any (attempt at) fraud or other unauthorized use of the code will be recorded and will result in denial of the code’s use. BOLD Online reserves the right to retroactively offset any discounts obtained or credit accrued through improper use.
Payment
- The Buyer may use only the payment methods offered by BOLD Online.
- When making payment via a link provided by BOLD Online (e.g., for direct debit), the Buyer authorizes BOLD Online to also collect future payments from the specified account.
- Payment must be completed no later than 14 days after the conclusion of the purchase agreement. In the case of a recurring service, payment is due prior to each service period.
- If payment is late (e.g., due to reversal of a direct debit or insufficient funds), BOLD Online may charge a fee of €6.49.
- If payment is not received within the stated period after the first reminder, BOLD Online is entitled to terminate the service immediately and may seek compensation for damages and collection costs.
- The products remain the property of BOLD Online until they are fully paid for.
- Payment reminders will be sent exclusively in electronic form by BOLD Online.
Delivery, Delivery Time, and Execution
- BoldkingRepeat deliveries are sent at the expense of BOLD Online to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of ordering. The Buyer (i.e., the person to whom the shipment is addressed) will be the declarant and importer in the country for which the shipment is intended.
- Orders typically arrive within three to five working days after the order is placed, subject to the delivery days offered by PostNL in the relevant area. BOLD Online does not offer a pickup option.
- The Buyer is responsible for keeping contact details (including delivery address) up to date. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details and is returned to BOLD Online, any additional shipping costs for resending may be charged to the Buyer.
- To ensure proper delivery, the Buyer’s mailbox must be at least 26.5 cm long and 3.2 cm high.
Data Protection
Personal data provided by the Buyer will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Guarantee and Liability
- BOLD Online guarantees that the products it delivers are suitable for the purpose for which they are intended, based on information provided by BOLD Online, and that they comply with applicable legal obligations and government regulations for such purpose.
- BOLD Online guarantees that its products and services are produced or delivered with respect for human rights and the environment, without the use of child labor.
- To the extent permitted by law, BOLD Online is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of BOLD Online.
Changes
- BOLD Online reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. We recommend consulting these terms regularly.
- If changes also apply to existing agreements and create an unreasonable burden on the Buyer, the Buyer may terminate the agreement in such cases.
Termination (Dissolution)
If the Buyer fails to meet the obligations under this agreement, BOLD Online may:
- Grant the Buyer an additional period to fulfill said obligations;
- Dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, without prior notice.
BOLD Online further reserves the right, in addition to dissolving the agreement, to claim full compensation for any resulting damages and costs.
Disputes and Applicable Law
- All legal relationships between BOLD Online and the Buyer are governed by Dutch law.
- The District Court of Amsterdam has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to the purchase agreement.
Return Policy (Bold Online BV)
The Buyer may return Boldking products within 30 days of receiving them, provided that the products remain in perfect, saleable condition (unused, undamaged, and in their original, undamaged packaging).
- Before returning any product, the Buyer must contact the Bold Online customer service team, who will provide further instructions.
- Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, the amount paid for the purchase will be refunded within 30 days to the payment method originally used by the Buyer.
- The shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Returns received outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
